Our privacy policy is simple: Spotless will never store more data about you or your home than is needed to enable the app to function. We will never share your data with anyone.


Terms of use

Subscriptions

Some features of the Spotless app require an active subscription, which you must opt into. At the time you opt in, you will be asked to choose a billing period (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly or annually) and you will be billed on a recurring basis according to the period you select.

Price changes

Over time the price of a Spotless subscription may change. Any price change will take effect at the conclusion of your current billing period, and you will be notified of such changes before you are next charged.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Spotless subscription at any time. If you do so, you will retain the app features associated with your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription management and refunds

Spotless subscriptions are managed by Apple. You may change or cancel your subscription via the Apple ID settings on your iOS device. Refund requests should be made, and are at the sole discretion of, Apple support.
